Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges Timeframe:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges.
Condition of Items:
Products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that show signs of wear or have missing tags will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Process

Initiating a Return:

Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any supporting images if the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:

Once we confirm your return, we will arrange for a pickup from our end.

Please keep the product intact with all the packaging and tags.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
